That would make sense to me but not increasing the 85 to 92 yikes. If you think Alabama/Georgia are good now give them another 7 4-5 star players.

It sounds like it doesn't. But maybe it only allows over 25 per yr not 85 total

They can only be used to replace players that transferred out.
