I don't know. I hadn't even heard of that until reading about it in an article about USF being ranked number 2 in transfer portal recruiting (I guess there's rankings for that now)?

Still 85 and it can only be transfer replacements.

It’s still very helpful. Because Chris Jackson left, Jaxson Dart won’t count towards the 25.

They can only be used to replace players that transferred out.
