Tips for buying a home in utah ?
My wife and I are looking for our first home in utah. Her grandpa has his license, and told us he would give us his 3% commission to use towards our down payment.

The only issue is, he’s a little older and busy, so he won’t be able to give us the kind of attention another agent would. He also focuses more on commercial real estate.

Is it worth it having an agent who’s more connected and active? Or could I potentially do a lot of that, and then let her grandpa help/ do the stuff we would need our agent to do.

Any tips?
