I already called my employer, they said there was a 30 day window from when her
employer first provided the insurance coverage that would open my benefits enrollment.
Unfortunately for me, that date was November 1st. So now we are past that window and employer is stating I can't remove my children from my plan until next benefits enrollment period, which isn't until December.
