You can do it until you hit a middle management position, then you can't jump as fast. More jumps happen in Utah
because of the number of young companies that are growing so fast.
Also equity is a large part of the equation and vesting cliffs, etc.
I've moved 3 times, each of them for a 20-35% raise.
