This hastened the end of Chris Hill at Utah. The Board of Regents was pissed when he did this as it was done without
Their consultation or approval. These things are supposed to get their sign off, and he went off half-cocked thinking he was able to do whatever he darn well wanted to do as he got them into the PAC. The other funny thing is that Hill had a thing for Lane Kiffin. He wanted to have Whit move on so he could hire Kiffin. Just cracks me up. The guy thought he was the best thing ever to end up in Utah.
