I mean by SEC standards, Utah isn't relevant or a big fanbase

Of course neither is any team left in the Big 12 or any PAC12 team (except potentially USC or Oregon).

BYU or San Diego St or other G5 also aren't relevant at that level to them. Neither are much of the ACC or half the Big 10.

So if someone views Utah as not on par (fanbase or performance) with the SEC, well that's probably true.
