I can't believe I took so long to get on the Blackstone train. I've used it 5 of the 7 days. It really is awesome. What recipes to you love with it? Favorite things to cook? Tips and tricks with smashburgers (weight, etc...)?

If you don't want another grill in your backyard, you can add a flat top griddle to your current grill set up
