RalphWiggam You wish I was your lover
The three things I cook the most are fried rice, smash burgers, and salmon.
Recipes are super simple.

For salmon…all you need is salt, pepper, butter, and fresh lemons. I salt and pepper the filets (skin on or off doesn’t really matter) then throw down some butter and lemon on the grill…about five minutes on each side for skin off, liberally applying lemon and butter through cooking.

If it is skin on…cook it skin side down until about the final minute. Throw down some fresh butter and lemon and flip it just for about 60 seconds.

Fried rice is easy…rice, purple onion, carrots celery, egg…cook the veggies first with a mix of minced garlic and butter. Once veggies are soft throw the rice down. Mix it all up. Throw on the eggs. Cook them and then mix in. Then put down about 1/4 cup of soy sauce (this is for about 8 servings or so). Mix it all up. Kids will eat this the next day for lunch so I usually make a double batch.
