Even then, the costs seems really low to me. I've been in the search committee
for my companies health plans. If somebody is paying just a few hundreds dollars a month for small family (4 people) then I would assume the employer is paying 75% of the costs. Most open market plans for a family of 4 are going to run $2K a month or more and that includes a deductible well over $5K.

Or people don't realize what they are really paying.
