No subsidy because my work offers insurance, it just costs over $300/person for
not much better (and according to coworkers horror stories, may actually be worse than what we are getting)

My employer pays ~90% of my family plan. 100% of employee costs, then dependents are like 85%

Ours is through my wife's employer. She's a teacher, so it is subsidized from an originally higher cost.
