I’m not a fan of DCA over just investing lump sum

The Vanguard study from a few years ago seemed to prove that DCAing is losing strategy most of the time vs lump sum investing. Although since it is likely a guarantee it is going to be a negative market over the next six months, probably no downside to do it over that period. You would probably come out on top.

That would be the big factor. We locked in rates in the 3s. With 8% inflation
