It isn't from a study. It's straight out of the crash database that UDOT keeps. However, the reason I saw the figures is
because a researcher is in the process of writing a study about pedestrian/bicyclists deaths that involve impairment. And when that study is completed, it will be posted to UDOT's public-facing website and will be accessible by anybody. So if you remind me in 6-12 months, I could tell you if the study is done.
