Why does it cost $3,600 without insurance and $400 with insurance?
I because I have a high deductible plan, I see the billing amount and the negotiated rate. If the procedure is actually fairly priced at $3,600 how on earth does it get negotiated down almost 90% for the vast majority of Americans?
