I'm not sure that USMNT compensation is a huge deal for the players
Their professional contracts have to be a much bigger deal.
I am worried about the money being put into the program, coaching, player and team development, etc compared to other countries.

Disagree. National team money is a small fraction of what these guys make. Playing time is what matters.
