Right, and he still won as the starter. Good for Max, he'll always have that.
While you can make a legit argument that Zach Wilson outplayed Brady last year but still lost the game against the reigning Super Bowl champs, so there is still a giant "what if."
It's all about the W's in the NFL.
Unfortunate that it was either the Saints game or a game shortly thereafter where Max got nailed directly in the head and suffered a severe concussion, was released on waivers, and effectively never got another chance in the NFL . . .
