They need a hard rule that ties all deals to market rates
It’s so stupid they let this thing get off the ground without one. Every deal should pass through some scrutiny by compliance officers or someone trained to do so.

Saban was 100% right when he said that NIL is free agency without a salary cap. I'd add without tampering rules.
