maybe... maybe not... a lot of this goes back to boosters dumping money into
a program because they're a rich super fan. if you want your team to be the best and you want to increase your odds by investing in lot's of recruits knowing that some of them won't pan out but you'll also hit on some then that can be a recipe for overall success on a macro level even if some recruits are busts on a micro level with their NIL deals
