Uriah was extremely highly recruited. Did nothing. Batty has done nothing. That’s two recent examples. Good coaches develop players. He does the opposite. Plus he is responsible for the personnel. He doesn’t have the scheme to attract the talent and doesn’t develop the guys he gets. Double whammy. Something needs to change there
