It is usually a type of steak cut, maybe ribeye, that is cut into small, long pieces, almost like a thick julienne cut. It is put on a bed of similarly cut asian pears, topped with a raw egg and some sesame seed oil. Mix it all together and it is sooo good. Had the runs the first few times I tried it, but my body adjusted and I would eat it whenever I could. Really good Korean BBQ places may have it in the states, but it's not common here. Prepared wrong and it can make you sick, but done right it is a really nice dish!
