But it's more than just that anyway.
There are huge cultural differences between Japan and the US. There is a huge difference in the accessibility of firearms in Japan compared to the US. I could go on and on - way too many variables to tie it to any one of them. But they all could play some role.
Saying that - some variables maybe only play 5% of a role while others play 50%. They all have a role, but some are bigger than others.
