Interesting to learn about the history of companies that burn hot & disappear.

Burning through cash too fast can be a fatal lack of discipline, hubris or overly rapid expansion, even if you understand balance sheet basics.

Did the diversification into TCBY contribute to the unsustainable cash burn and subsequent bankrupcty filing?
