So much to see and do in this thread. My family's favorite is to walk around
the monuments in the evening. Park near the paddle boats at the tidal pond around 6:30 pm and walk clockwise around the park, going to Jefferson, FDR, MLK, Korean War, Lincoln, WWII, and finish with Washington. It'll be dark by the time you finish, but the monuments are lit up and in the summer it feels great.
