I don’t pay attention to recruiting.
Once they are here, in a uniform, and practicing with the team, then I pay attention. If they transfer, I’m not interested in them anymore. Not because I don’t like them; it’s just that I have no vested interest in guys who play for other schools.
Bless the coaches. I want them to get the best players they can, but recruiting is a crazy game and I don’t want to watch.
