OU and Texas are not coming to Provo. They will likely play the current Big 12 members on the road.
The new Big 12 members will play each other in each of the first 2 years as members of the conference.
Because of distance WVA probably doesn’t want to come to Provo so that will be accommodated in the first 2 seasons.

I think you're wrong. The B12 will not give OU or Texas any preferential treatment. 1 will come, more likely OU.
