Everyone wants Texas and Oklahoma at home. So, the only way to accommodate that for '23 and '24 is to exclude the new schools from the rotation of hosting Texas or Oklahoma. Just look at the current '23 and '24 conference road schedules for Texas and Oklahoma - it will be a surprise if those change at all.
My guess is that the four new schools will all play each other in both '23 and '24. Cincinnati and UCF will both play WVU in both seasons and BYU will play both Baylor and TCU in both seasons.
So, BYU's schedule will look similar to what Blue Cat suggests.
Also, there's no way that Texas and Oklahoma don't play the Red River Shootout in both '23 and '24; that is the most valuable game in the Big 12's TV inventory.
