I assume BYU’s seats will become available in mid-July if not sooner now. Unfortunately, BYU was at the mercy of ND, as the Irish made multiple changes related to seating and prices.

Is there a minimum amount guaranteed or is it whatever is left at a certain date

Unfortunately, unlike with Arizona being divided up 50/50 (BYU received add’l UA tickets going over the 50% allotment)

Agreed. ND played hardball. The buyout was a better option than away game #3.

Here was the option: 1) Take the buyout of $1M, per terms of the contract. 2) Agree to a neutral and get paid $2-3M.
