I've had bad luck with JL. And what do they mean "scan the tire"? You look at the thing and inspect the wear marks.

My favorite is when they bring out my brand new filter and put a few leaves on

I get that nearly every time I get my oil changed. It’s obvious they put the dried leaves on the filter.

First mistake was going to Jiffy Lube. They hire the bottom of the barrel.
