This is kind of like one of those Ripley's Believe it or Not places
Jiffy Lube drained my transmission oil and replaced it with motor oil. Luckily the transmission survived as I didn't notice it right away, but a day or so later it felt like the tranny was going out. Took it to a reliable shop and they showed me the evidence.

I've had bad luck with JL. And what do they mean "scan the tire"? You look at the thing and inspect the wear marks.
