I've watched it multiple times. Tepera hit Winker in the back, then Crawford
came flying in, jumped on top of Tepera and punched him in the head twice from above.

I was watching it live when it happened and I said to my son, "Crawford is going to get suspended for that." He stood out as one of the people who escalated things. If Tepera had hit Crawford and he hit him right back, he might not have gotten as many games. And who knows, he might get a game or two less after appeal anyway.
