The fact the pitcher wasn't thrown out after the throw to Julio, and wasn't

thrown out immediately after hitting Winker speaks toeither the incompetence of the umps MLB not caring about retaliation or both. Angels organization should have gotten a huge fine, and they should have done something that actually hurt the team, but just suspending injured players and relievers they can just stagger the suspension and rest them a few games.
