Also I’d be drinking the G2 sugar free stuff. Keep in mind this is a really stupid thing to do but the whole idea of
losing “as much weight as possible in a month “ is stupid. So this is what I would do if I needed to lose as much weight as possible while minimizing the risk of hurting or killing my self
