I think P4 is certain until the ACC GORs expires
But it will be P3 after that. I don’t doubt there will be money disparities but I doubt they will be so large as to have the SEC and B1G break off and form their own league. Those schools in the third conference will still have enough (all though not ideal amounts of) money to compete.
