I'm so glad there are people like this when I'm stuck in a long line at the DMV. It makes the time go by so much faster. Can you just picture it?

There's the guy in the next line over but up ahead a little. He's put out that he has to wait in line (just like everyone else) so he makes sure everyone knows it - frequent glances at his watch followed by an exaggerated "Hummph!" Maybe some toe tapping or leg slapping with his paperwork.
Once he finally gets up to the front of the line and the clerk points out that his insurance card is expired, he flys into a tizzy since it is OBVIOUSLY the clerk's fault that he has produced faulty paperwork. "I'VE ALREADY WAITED IN LINE FOR 45 MINUTES" (just like everyone else) "WHY DON'T YOU MAKE AN EXCEPTION FOR ME?"
If you're lucky the entertainment will stretch on for a few more minutes with the guy belittling the clerk and the clerk staring back with that expressionless look they must learn in training. "Sorry, sir. I can't help you. NEXT!

Look on the bright side, Coug. You just made someone else's stay at the DMV that more bearable.
