The programs they bring in will be fairly dilutive (SDSU/UNLV/Boise). Ideology can change quickly when it impacts your pocket book.

I can't really see CAL or Stanford jumping ship to a very different B12 culture, but they will have some tough decisions to make before long, if they even have any decent options. If P12 loses 4 more teams, they are in pretty rough shape because it will be a free for all. No team will be bound by sizable GOR fees and many teams will look to flee for safety.

Doubt OU/Wash get a B10 invite, but they have strong brands and will likely have the option to join B12 whenever they want if they never get ACC/B10 invite. They may not feel as pressed, but the P12 brand is being diminished and being associated with that for the next couple years while they bide their time, may not be attractive either.
