NFL is sooo much more interesting on a Macro level. I can watch it all Sunday
without a cable subscription and watch good games that are intriguing. Don't kill the golden goose by excluding local teams.

Will it though? I hate it for all those reasons, but the NFL does pretty well despite not having teams everywhere

The only reason people watch sub par football (what CFB is) is because of the broad tie to alma maters
