1. The prize of the PAC12 is still UW and Oregon. Go hard at them.

2. If UW and Oregon don't immediately join, destabilize the conference further by going after other programs. Force their hand by giving them the choice of: 1) trying to completely re-build the PAC12 by inviting SDSU, BSU, SJSU, Fresno State; 2) joining the MWC; 3) begging the B1G, SEC, ACC for inclusion; 4) relenting and joining the BIG12. Of all those options, I have to think #4 is their best option.


UW and Oregon are major brands (not blue-bloods, but next tier) with more clout nationally than any current BIG12 program. They would be a huge boon tot he BIG12 and MAYBE help block the idea of 2 super conferences.
