Nope. NC State is tier 3 at best
I'm hardly a UW fan (far from it). But they are definitely a major brand, even if not a blueblood. No - they aren't a Michigan or Oklahoma.

Yes it is. It's not an elite brand, but it is definitely "major" (tier 2)
