Here are a number of things I use regularly
In addition to what you listed, these items get used at least weekly, if not more frequently.

Pullup bar
Dip station (I have a power tower that does both)
A belt with a chain for adding weight for pullups and dips
Jump Rope
Battle ropes
Agility ladder
I use my treadmill all the time with 8%-12% incline for steady state cardio
I have suspended rings that I have mounted to the ceiling for calisthenics
Two fans mounted to the walls
Kettle bells
Lat pull down (mine's part of my rack) with various attachments depending on the exercise
Ab Wheel
1/2" thick matt that can be moved around and used when focusing on core exercises
A box for box jumps and step ups that can go either 18, 20 or 24 inches (depending on orientation)
Liquid chalk (my wife hates it, but it's a must)
Exercise ball (primarily for core exercises)

I'm also going to be adding a Swedish ladder so I can perfect my human flag.

Yeah, this is probably overkill, but like I said, I use it all regularly. I also have a stationary bike which I hang things on, lol.
