A lot of people, perhaps those that are more serious about living, say it
doesn’t have enough weight or range of resistance to really get a good workout and make progress. I assume you don’t feel that way? Do you feel like you’re limited?

I’m not at all a regular or serious lifter, so I’m wondering if it will have enough capability for me to do some basic resistance training, and get a little muscle (but nothing crazy) and functional strength.
