You clearly are not a hockey fan and that’s fine. But to say Gretzky didn’t fundamentally change hockey in the US is

False. His trade to LA led to the biggest jump in US interest in hockey history.

Also there is a case to be said that MJ isn’t even the GOAT of his sport. So trying to say he is the GOAT of all sports is kinda ridiculous.
