We haven't recruited well there, and the small amount of above-average talent we have gotten has spent an inordinate amount of time in the recovery room.

I don’t know what our coaches know how to coach. But I know that in games I see a lot of bull rushes and not much else

Good coaches will coach up players. The issue isn't talent.
