Both when those programs were doing really, really well. KWhitt is by far the best remaining coach in the new Pac12, I can't even think of who comes close to him at this point. That's why they've really struggled for years now.

Lincoln Riley is a better HC, and USC is still in the PAC 12. When USC leaves, KWhitt may end the best HC in the LAC 12
