Yup. Based on what i've read, creatine is pretty much the only supplement that
has been proven to do what it claims. And it's probably the most studied supplement out there.

Yes. It helps if you take it consistently. Stay hydrated though if you start taking it.

I didn’t like it. I felt a bit swollen and didn’t like the watery softer look I got with the muscle gain. I gained 8lbs
