I agree that one must be very careful with supplements. Most are scams and even
The known quantities have plenty of manufacturers that make garbage.
Lately I’ve been getting my Info from huberman lab podcast. He does very good work and his work is not oriented around bro science. He’s a neurobiologist and opthomologist.
With that said, along with aforementioned supplements, Fish oil is a very good supplement. Sodium is likely necessary for many of us. Prebiotics and probiotics are extremely underrated. Magnesium is one to consider as well.
Depending on your goals, L-Carnatine or L-dopa can be helpful.
