Very high chance. You’ll be on the early side of peak, but still peak.

Burlington is pretty north in the state. I mean, I guess he could head to Canada

Yes, but the northeastern part is higher elevation and peaks earlier

Been there at that time and it was amazing. The colors are spectacular. And Burlington is a great little town.
