Nah…Oregon was #3 though. It’s one thing to beat them at home. But to lay a beat down

again, on a neutral field…is a statement.

The system tends to reward big wins.

So if you’re creating the rankings, you give Utah a deeper look.

You see the first two losses but see that after the change in quarterback, they only lost one game.

That was on the road to a team that Oregon had just beat in between the Utah games.
