This is a tough one. HBO totally botched the latter part of GoT. Amazon botched WoT. Both have awesome shows.
Amazon has been killing it lately with The Boys, Invincible, and a few others. HBO has solid shows too, but I think Amazon has more momentum. I still voted for House of Dragons.
