I'd love to see the contract. I have to believe there's some limitations on that, that the B1G couldn't add UTEP and Coastal Carolina and get an extra $65M for each of them. My guess is that the escalator clauses in there are not at a full per-team rate or that they have limitations on which teams or the number of teams that can be included.

Devil is in the details, but I haven't seen the specific wording. Any chance you have a link to the contract? Or someone in the know describing how that clause would play out?

Agree if it's at the same per-team rate with no limitations, then there's no reason not to add those 4 (and honestly probably more assuming they can indefinitely add at the same rate)
