Yes, ASU, Colorado, SDSU, and South Florida.
That's more valuable than taking all the Four Corner schools. All Four Corner schools is a dilutive move, against which Yorkman will caution the Big 12 to avoid. What are Utah and Arizona without their conference logo? They are MWC/WAC programs that fit nicely with Colorado State, Oregon State, Washington State, Wyoming, Nevada, and New Mexico.

ASU and Colorado bring sufficient P5 branding, but to take only 2 shows the relative position of the Big 12. All four of ASU, Colorado, SDSU, and USF bring strategic markets (#11, #13, #16, and #27, over 7 million TV households) and the ability to consistently stage solid Big 12 games from noon to midnight.

I listed DC for WVU, which is one of their primary alumni and out-of-state student hubs...but, upon further review, I probably should have listed Pittsburgh.

Navy is an interesting football-only addition. Navy could bring the valuable Notre Dame and Army-Navy rivalry games to the Big 12 every other year. A Cincinnati-WVU-Navy arm of the Big 12 would be situated right on the Big Ten-SEC border and separate the top and bottom regions of the ACC. Solid move. Plus, Navy prefers games in Texas and has a natural connection to San Diego. In the aftermath of the SEC and Big Ten raid of the ACC in 10 years, Louisville, Pitt, Syracuse, and NC State would fit the Big 12 extremely well.
